Following a successful launch last year, culminating in the presentation of 12 awards to the world's leading aviation companies in May of this year at the Airline Purchasing & Maintenance EXPO the 2010 awards have been re-branded as the Aircraft Technology Engineering & Maintenance Awards, to reflect the leading position of the magazine in the industry and the close correlation between our subscribers and voters.

The ATE&M Awards are very democratic in that both the nominations and final voting are decided by the aviation public. No backroom deals or arbitrary selection - only the most popular and well regarded companies will make it through the nomination process. Anyone could nominate up to three companies in each of 11 categories and one special nomination for the ATE&M Editors Award (click here for info). The three most popular companies in each category, as of the beginning of February 2010 when nominations closed, were shortlisted for final selection, with the winners announced and the awards presented during a special ceremony at the 2010 Airline Purchasing & Maintenance EXPO (www.apmexpo.com for more information).
