UBM Aviation Conferences holds around 14 conferences a year, covering a wide range of topics relevant to those working within the industry. The conferences are usually two-day events which take place in top quality hotels in a variety of locations around the world. Our aim is to provide an international and highly informed panel of speakers for each conference. The supply of high quality presentations is always our prime objective.

We specialise in technical and business related matters. Conference subjects include:

Speaking at a conference

An important feature of our successful events is the high calibre of chairmen and speakers. We would be delighted to hear from companies wishing to propose a speaker or topic for discussion.

Speaking at one of our conferences involves presenting a 30 minute paper on a particular topic. Speakers receive complimentary attendance at the conference and all its social events as well as free accommodation in the conference hotel, where necessary.

Exhibiting at a conference

At each conference there is the opportunity exhibit in the area where the conference refreshment breaks will take place. Each exhibitor is provided with 'table top' exhibit space (no formal shell scheme), which includes a table and chairs, access to electrical points and space to put up a pop-up stand or banner (approximately 6 square metres of floor space).

Attending a conference as a delegate

Attending a conference is not just a great way to learn about industry developments and best business practices from a line up of expert speakers. It is also a perfect opportunity meet up with old friends and make new business acquaintances. Delegates are invited to take part in two days of conference presentations and group discussions, in addition to all social events and networking opportunities including drinks receptions, refreshments breaks and lunches. Post event, every delegate receives a CD-Rom containing transcripts of all the presentations, attendance listing, information about the conference sponsors, and related magazine articles relevant to the chosen topic.
