3M’s AC TECH acquisition completed
3M has completed the acquisition of sealant manufacturer Advanced Chemistry & Technology (AC TECH). The Garden Grove, California-based company makes quick cure, light-weight polysulfide sealants for aerospace applications.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In addition to adhesives and sealants, 3M also supplies other aerospace products such as surface protection and thermal acoustic solutions.
