AAR announces cash dividend
AAR has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share to its stockholders.
The dividend, approved at a board meeting, will be paid on 2 August, 2011, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on 22 July, 2011. Future cash dividends will also be subject to board approval. AAR operates in four segments: aviation supply chain; government and defence services; maintenance, repair and overhaul; and structures and systems.
