Aeromexico’s initial public offering (IPO) for 18 per cent of the airline, was priced at MXN31 per share yesterday (April 14).
Aeromexico’s initial public offering (IPO) for 18 per cent of the airline, was priced at MXN31 per share yesterday (April 14). Guide price was MXN30-MXN34. The airline expects to receive $318m from the offer, which would contribute towards the airline’s $1.4bn expansion plan to buy aircraft and add routes. Shareholders have also approved a new share issuance which would reduce the size of the IPO to 13 per cent of the company ($1=MXN11.74).
