Airinmar acquired by AAR
AAR has acquired component repair company Airinmar.
The acquisition was paid for using available cash on hand. AAR said it expects the acquisition to be “modestly accretive” to earnings over the balance of its fiscal year 2012. Airinmar, which has its headquarters near London Heathrow Airport and supports airlines, manufacturers and MROs with component repair management services, will now operate as part of AAR's aviation supply chain segment.
