Alafco to lease seven Boeing aircraft to three airlines
Kuwait's AlafcoAlafco Aviation Lease and Finance Company said it has reached deals to lease a total of seven Boeing aircraft to Ethiopian Airlines, China's Okay Airways, and Russia's Transaero Airlines.
The combined price of the seven aircraft is $522m and AlafcoAlafco will get a monthly rent representing one per cent of the aircraft's purchase price. Ethiopian Airlines and China's Okay Airways will each lease three new 737-800s for 96 months, AlafcoAlafco said in a statement.
