Atlantic Aviation, a subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure, has purchased Flightcraft, the fixed base operator (FBO) at Portland International and Eugene airports, Oregon, US.
Atlantic Aviation, a subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure, has purchased Flightcraft, the fixed base operator (FBO) at Portland International and Eugene airports, Oregon, US. As an FBO, Flightcraft provides fuel and fuel-related services, terminal operations and aircraft hangar services. "The acquisition of the Flightcraft assets follows the successful sales of certain smaller FBOs in the Atlantic network and reflects the effective redeployment of the proceeds into two high-quality operations," said James Hooke, CEO of Macquarie.
