AviancaTaca reveals $270m listing
AviancaTaca, the Colombian-Central American carrier merged in 2009, is set to offer 11.1 per cent of its shares in an initial public offer.
The listing is expected to raise $270 million to fund fleet renewal and network expansion. AviancaTaca’s combined fleet currently numbers about 140 aircraft.
