Aviation arm boosts John Menzies
John Menzies’ aviation division has experienced “increased contract win momentum and generally positive trading,” improving the outlook of the Edinburgh, Scotland-based newspaper distributor and aviation services group.
The company now says it is likely to exceed board expectations for 2011. The aviation division provides services such as checking passengers and baggage onto aircraft as well as cargo management, and has won a number of contracts in recent times. The company did not however release any figures.
