Avinco arranges Air Austral 737 sale
Avinco says it has arranged the sale of an entire 737 classic inventory from Air Austral to Aircraft & Engine Support.
The sale includes one 737-300, one 737-500, a spare CFM56-3C1 engine, spare parts and tooling. Reunion-based Air Austral currently operates a fleet of 11 aircraft including six 777s, two 737s and three ATRs; it recently took delivery of two new 737-800s to replace the ageing classics.
